How Gauntlet Road Tennis handles personal data in Barbados and Canada.
Gauntlet Road Tennis Inc. is the controller for store orders and enquiries made on this website. SportsX is the compliance record for member data — guardian consent, terms acceptance, safeguarding and club affiliation. We hold a reference to their decision, not a copy of consent as truth.
Store orders: name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. Enquiries and newsletter forms: name, email, and the message you sent. Play accounts on the game live in a separate service and store a handle and optional email only. We do not store card numbers; Stripe processes payment.
Orders are kept for seven years to meet tax and consumer-sale duties in Barbados and Canada. Enquiry emails are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Consent state is a cache of a SportsX signing request; we keep the SportsX identifiers and the last status we saw, and we re-read SportsX when that cache is stale. Cart cookies last 30 days or until you clear them.
We do not ask for a date of birth on this website. Membership that involves a minor is handled in SportsX, including guardian consent. Minors never receive marketing from us, whatever an opt-in says.
